Checked October 15, 2026. Hello Millions describes itself as a U.S. social casino, but its public information does not currently give us a complete, consistent set of rules for prize play. This guide explains what its own pages say, where they disagree, and what to confirm before relying on an offer or requesting a redemption.
Our research used the operator’s public pages and Help Center. We did not create an account, play games, make a purchase or test a redemption. We have therefore not assigned a rating, verified a welcome offer or recommended signing up.
Hello Millions overview
Hello Millions identifies B-Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company, as its operator. Its About page describes a social casino with slots, live dealer tables and arcade games. It distinguishes Gold Coins, which have no monetary value, from promotional Sweepstakes Coins that may qualify for prizes after the applicable conditions are met.
That description is useful background, but it does not establish that a particular game, promotion or redemption option is available to a particular person today. Availability needs to be checked separately from the brand’s general marketing description.
Location restrictions
We reviewed a search-indexed copy of the official Terms of Service, version 2.3, dated October 14, 2026; direct access was restricted from our location. They list these prohibited states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. They also exclude jurisdictions outside the United States.
The same terms say promotional contests are no longer offered in California and give November 1, 2026 as the end of operations in Oklahoma. Section 3.1 requires users to be over 21 or the local age of majority, whichever is higher. It also makes eligibility dependent on the laws applicable to the user. This is the operator’s policy, not a legal determination by Slots.us.
There is an important inconsistency: the live restriction notice we encountered on October 15 already included Oklahoma. Our access from outside the United States was blocked, so we could not verify which services an eligible U.S. account currently sees. Oklahoma readers should treat access as unresolved and obtain confirmation from the operator rather than relying on the future date alone.
A second layer applies at game level. Hello Millions publishes a separate game supplier restrictions list. For example, it lists Hawaii and Utah among the additional restrictions for 3 Oaks, and Mississippi and Pennsylvania for several suppliers. A state being absent from the general prohibition list does not establish access to every game.
Gold Coins, Sweepstakes Coins and the missing rules
The operator’s homepage describes Gold Coins as entertainment currency and says they cannot be redeemed for prizes. It describes Sweepstakes Coins as promotional currency, with possible sources including registration rewards, daily rewards and giveaways. Its redemption summary refers to playthrough, a minimum balance, identity verification, bank transfers and gift cards.
However, section 2.1 of the October 14 terms describes current game play using Gold Coins. Section 2.4 says Virtual Coins cannot be redeemed or transferred and have no cash value. Section 1.4 gives the terms priority over conflicting incorporated policies.
These statements conflict with the prize-play descriptions on other operator pages. We cannot resolve that conflict for an individual account or Sweepstakes Coin balance, and it would be misleading to present the marketing description as an established right to redeem.
The About page links to Sweepstakes Rules, but our attempt to read that page reached the location restriction notice.
A blocked rules page is not evidence that the platform has closed or that Sweepstakes Coins have been discontinued. We could not verify a complete current alternative entry method, playthrough multiplier, redemption minimum or redemption deadline. We have deliberately left those figures out rather than carrying over an older review’s numbers.
The operator does publish an inactivity rule. Its Player Safety page, checked October 15, says virtual currency balances expire after 60 days without account activity. That statement appears in the section about Gold Coins during self-exclusion.
We could not establish how that wording applies to any existing prize balance under the unavailable sweepstakes rules. It should not be presented as a confirmed Sweepstakes Coin redemption deadline.
If you already have an account, keep a copy of the rules and promotion terms shown to you, including their dates. Before spending or submitting an entry, confirm which coin balance is involved, the requirements that apply to it and whether your current location is permitted. An advertised coin amount alone cannot answer those questions.
Identity checks: what to confirm
The homepage’s redemption description calls for identity verification, including government photo ID and proof of address, before a first redemption.
We could not reliably confirm the current versions of the detailed Help Center instructions during our follow-up check. We have therefore omitted document-age windows, upload specifications and processing estimates. Ask the operator which instructions apply to your account before submitting documents.
Completing identity checks does not resolve the conflicting coin terms or establish that a specific balance satisfies every other redemption condition. We have not tested the upload process or a redemption.
Controls for time and spending
The Player Trust & Safety Controls page describes daily, weekly and monthly Gold Coin spending limits, session limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. It says spending-limit reductions take effect immediately, while increases or removals have a 24-hour cooling-off period. It also says self-exclusion applies separately to each account with its brands; excluding one account does not automatically exclude the others.
These are documented controls, not features we tested. Optional coin purchases are still spending, even when the games are described as free to play. Decide your time and spending limits before play rather than using a possible prize as a reason to spend more.
Information still to confirm
For a current account or unresolved redemption, the official Help Center is the appropriate source for account-specific instructions. Ask for the current rules that apply to your state and the balance in question. In particular, resolve:
- The difference between general site access, promotional-contest access and individual game availability.
- The current free entry method and any submission requirements or deadlines.
- The exact playthrough, minimum redemption, expiry and verification conditions for the relevant coins.
- Any transition dates affecting an existing balance, especially where notices and terms disagree.
This page will need another evidence review when complete current rules are available or the operator clarifies the conflicting notices. Slots.us may provide a commercial visit link to the operator; current promotion terms, redemption conditions and your eligibility still require confirmation.
